Every Real Vibes Apparel piece is printed or embroidered to order in the UK. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.
- Standard UK delivery — £4.50
- Heavyweight orders (any hoodie, zoodie or joggers, or 3+ tees) — £6.50
- Free UK shipping on orders of £85 or more
- Free click & collect at Spitalfields Market
- Europe — £12.95 (5–8 working days)
- Rest of World — £19.95 (7–14 working days)
- Customs / import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Return Policy
Because every piece is made to order, we can only accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within this period.
- Faulty or incorrect items — full refund or free replacement.
- Change of mind — refund of item price (return postage paid by customer).
- Custom / personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Sale items are final sale.
To start a return, email sales@realvibesapparel.com with your order number and a short reason. We'll reply within 1 working day with the return address and instructions.
Garment Care & Washing Instructions
To keep your Real Vibes piece looking sharp for years, follow the care guide below. Prints and 3D embroidery hold up beautifully when treated with respect.
- Wash inside-out on a cool cycle (max 30°C).
- Use a mild, non-bleach detergent.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Line dry in the shade.
- Iron inside-out on a low setting, avoiding the print.
- Tumble dry.
- Use bleach, fabric conditioner or harsh detergents.
- Iron directly on the print or embroidery.
- Dry clean.
- Leave damp garments folded — hang immediately.
